Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Eligibility
The Program is intended for users located in the United States with a participating wireless carrier and a text-capable device. You must provide a valid mobile number and be authorized to enroll that number in the Program.
Participating Carriers
Participating carriers may change without notice. Not all mobile devices, handsets, carriers, or geographic areas may support the Program. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holiball’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Program shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid to Holiball in the prior three months, whichever is greater, unless a different limitation is required by applicable law.
Changes to These Mobile Terms
We may revise these Mobile Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version to this page and revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Mobile Terms and any dispute related to the Program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where preempted or otherwise controlled by applicable federal law.
