How to Inflate Holiball®

Learn how to properly inflate your Holiball® and securely insert the hanger plug and topper.

Read the written instructions
  1. Unfold your Holiball® and allow the material to relax before inflation.
  2. Insert the tapered nozzle of a compatible electric inflator or air compressor into the opening.
  3. Inflate the Holiball® until it is full, round, and firm.
  4. Remove the inflator nozzle and promptly insert the hanger plug.
  5. Thread the hanger ring through the topper and twist the topper into place until it is securely attached.

Do not inflate Holiball® by mouth or with helium.

How to Stake Holiball®

Read the written instructions
  1. Choose a display area away from sharp landscaping, rough surfaces, open flames, and excessive heat.
  2. Attach the included line to the hanger ring or designated attachment point.
  3. Position the included stakes around the Holiball®.
  4. Secure the line to the stakes so the Holiball® is supported from multiple directions.
  5. Check that the lines are secure without placing excessive tension on the Holiball®.

How to Deflate Holiball®

Learn how to safely remove the topper and plug, release the air, and prepare your Holiball® for storage.

Read the written instructions
  1. Twist and remove the topper, if attached.
  2. Carefully remove the hanger plug.
  3. Allow the air to release naturally.
  4. Gently press and roll the Holiball® to remove the remaining air.
  5. Make sure the Holiball® is completely clean and dry before storing it.
  6. Fold or roll it for compact storage and place it in a cool, dry location.

  3. Secure the lines with the included stakes or appropriate outdoor anchoring hardware.
  4. Use multiple anchoring points to help stabilize the Holiball®.
  5. Regularly check the lines, stakes, and attachment points.

How do I deflate and store Holiball®?
  1. Twist and remove the topper, if attached.
  2. Carefully remove the hanger plug.

  6. Fold or roll it and store it in a cool, dry place.

DISPLAY IT SAFELY

Holiball® Do’s & Don’ts

These simple precautions can help protect your Holiball® and the area where it is displayed.

Do

  • Display Holiball® on a clean, dry, and fully cured surface.
  • Place a clean, dry, colorfast, and nonreactive protective barrier between Holiball® and any table, shelf, floor, countertop, or furniture surface.
  • Use a felt pad, protective mat, decorative stand, or similar surface protector.
  • Test the display area in a small, inconspicuous location before extended use.
  • Keep Holiball® and the surface beneath it completely dry.
  • Periodically move Holiball® and inspect the surface underneath during extended displays.
  • Use hanging or anchoring accessories whenever possible instead of resting Holiball® directly on a finished surface.
  • Follow all inflation, hanging, anchoring, cleaning, and storage instructions.
  • Bring Holiball® indoors during high winds, severe weather, or extreme conditions.

Don’t

  • Do not place Holiball® directly on varnished, stained, painted, lacquered, waxed, oiled, polished, open-grain, or unfinished wood.
  • Do not place Holiball® directly on fine furniture, countertops, flooring, shelving, painted walls, wallpaper, leather, delicate fabrics, acrylic, or other potentially reactive surfaces.
  • Do not allow water, condensation, cleaners, oils, or moisture to become trapped between Holiball® and the display surface.
  • Do not leave Holiball® in the same position for an extended period without checking the surface underneath.
  • Do not drag Holiball® across furniture, flooring, countertops, or other finished surfaces.
  • Do not place Holiball® near open flames, fireplaces, heaters, sharp objects, or excessive heat.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or rough scrubbing pads.
  • Do not use permanent adhesives unless the application specifically requires them and you understand that removal may damage Holiball® or the mounting surface.

IMPORTANT SURFACE CARE

Protect Furniture and Finished Surfaces

Holiball® products are made from flexible polymer materials. Prolonged direct contact with certain paints, stains, varnishes, sealants, fabrics, plastics, flooring, furniture finishes, or other materials may cause discoloration, marking, sticking, moisture buildup, or finish transfer.

Surface reactions may be affected by heat, humidity, sunlight, moisture, cleaning products, the age or condition of the finish, and the amount of time Holiball® remains in one position.

Never place Holiball® directly on finished or potentially reactive surfaces. Always use a clean, dry, colorfast, and nonreactive protective barrier.

Because surfaces, materials, and finishes vary, Holiball® cannot evaluate or guarantee compatibility with every surface or display environment. The customer is responsible for selecting an appropriate display location, using proper surface protection, and regularly inspecting the display area. Holiball® is not responsible for discoloration, staining, marking, sticking, finish transfer, moisture damage, adhesive damage, or other surface changes resulting from direct or prolonged contact, improper placement, or failure to follow these care instructions.

Cleaning and General Care

How do I clean Holiball®?

Wipe Holiball® gently with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough scrubbing pads, and harsh chemicals. Allow it to dry completely before displaying or storing it.

Why are there wrinkles in my Holiball®?

Temporary wrinkles are normal after shipping or storage. Inflate Holiball® until firm and allow the material to rest. Mild warmth or indirect sunlight may help the material relax more quickly. Avoid excessive heat.

What should I do if Holiball® feels sticky?

Slight tackiness may occasionally occur from protective surface treatments, storage, or environmental conditions. Clean the surface gently with mild soap and water, then allow it to dry completely before displaying or storing it.
