Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

All refunds are subject to inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund (less the shipping/return costs) will then be processed to the card used at time of checkout. 

We do not accept returns purchased through a third party.  Please contact the site or place of business to correct your refund and return if needed.



EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your need to exchanged to reasons related to product issues, please email [email protected] 


We process orders within 1 to 2 business days.  Orders ship via FEDEX or UPS ground service and are subject to delivery time based on each carrier.  

Expedited shipping  service needs are subject to carrier costs and should be notified at time of order placement.
