Orders ship via FEDEX or UPS ground service and are subject to delivery time based on each carrier.
Expedited shipping service needs are subject to carrier costs and should be notified at time of order placement.
Orders outside the contiguous U.S.
For orders shipping to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories), an additional shipping fee may apply. Due to increased carrier costs, we require this additional fee to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
If your order is impacted, our team will reach out to confirm the additional charge before shipping. Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
International Shipping
Please note that customers are responsible for any additional fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If your item is defective or damaged, we’d be happy to replace it. Please send your defect issue request, including images and a list of product issues, to [email protected].
We’re happy to offer store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in their original condition. Please note that the return label fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchanges.
